Did I ever say that I like eating cumin?

Transparency is a good thing.

So, yes, I’ll say it: I like eating cumin.

I’m pro-cumin. No, no. I’m not pro-Cuban. I’m pro-cumin (as in the seed).

What you see here is $2.59 worth of the good stuff.

It’s too bad that blogs – and even the cool-looking iPad – don’t have the technology for aroma to travel from computer to computer.

That, as one word goes, would be badass.

Sometimes, my family and I eat cumin whole – when we’re in a rush.

Other times, we’ll use a mortar and pestle, grind it up and toss some in a black bean dip or a Mexican-inspired dish with chili powder and oregano.

We especially like cumin on Xinjiang-style lamb. Yes: Super delicious.

Eat to live. Live to eat.

It’s one of those.

Oh, yes. I also enjoy eating food with curry.
