<p>So, yes, I&#8217;ll say it: I like eating <a href="http://www.theepicentre.com/Spices/cumin.html" target="_blank">cumin</a>.</p>
<p>I&#8217;m pro-cumin. No, no. I&#8217;m not pro-Cuban. I&#8217;m pro-cumin (as in the seed).</p>

<p>It&#8217;s too bad that blogs &#8211; and even the cool-looking <a href="http://tofuwatch.com/2010/01/ipad-looks-great-but-lisa-is-memorable/" target="_blank">iPad</a> &#8211; don&#8217;t have the technology for aroma to travel from computer to computer.</p>
<p>That, as one word goes, would be <a href="http://tofuwatch.com/2009/08/top-chefs-hector-creates-tofu-tortilla-dish-impressing-las-vegas-writer-tv-good/" target="_blank">badass</a>.</p>
<p><span id="more-10083"></span>Sometimes, my family and I eat cumin whole &#8211; when we&#8217;re in a rush.</p>
<p>Other times, we&#8217;ll use a mortar and pestle, grind it up and toss some in a black bean dip or a Mexican-inspired dish with chili powder and oregano.</p>
<p>We especially like cumin on <a href="http://twitpic.com/d2g2b" target="_blank">Xinjiang-style lamb</a>. Yes: Super <a href="http://bestrecipeonline.blogspot.com/2009/03/xinjiang-lamb-kebab.html" target="_blank">delicious</a>.</p>
<p>Eat to live. Live to eat.</p>
<p>It&#8217;s one of those.</p>
<p>Oh, yes. I also enjoy eating food with <a href="http://tofuwatch.com/2009/10/when-cold-curry-chicken-for-internal-heat/" target="_blank">curry</a>.</p>
