Friendly engagement (even via Post-it Notes) – always needed to help the mind

Whenever I need some visual or artistic inspiration, I check in on UPPERCASE in Canada.

They do a fantastic job of keeping up with visual arts and came across this highly-watched, stop-motion video by Bang-Yao Liu.

Liu, a student at the Savannah College of Art and Design, created a really fun, bright piece of work, as you see. Liu also has a YouTube channel, which features another video about making the work above.

The video you see above took three months of planning, four days of shooting and more than 6,000 Post-it Notes.

Those colorful, sticky notes have captured the imagination of generations.
